Fees & Insurance
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychological Associate and a Certified Health Care Provider, my services should be eligible for reimbursement by your health insurance. To protect your privacy, I bill you directly and give you a statement that has everything you will need to file for insurance reimbursement. You can be assured of the utmost in privacy from my office.
Nothing about your diagnosis or your treatment leaves my office in any form without your explicit permission. I purposefully have chosen to practice in this manner to keep everything that happens strictly between me and my clients.
My fee, which is due at the initial appointment, is $135.00. After you are an established client, I will bill you monthly. |
